Impacts in North Carolina may include inland flooding along the Coastal Plain with 2-4 inches of rain in the forecast Saturday night through Monday. Should this storm be named, it would become “Nestor”. As this is a fast moving storm, wind onshore and inland may become gusty at times especially along and east of the I-95 corridor.

Elsewhere, everyone can see an inch or more of much needed rain. We are severely lacking in that department and this system will go far in helping alleviate severe drought conditions.
